By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the cl44 platform at cl44.io (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "cl44", or "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with cl44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Upon termination of your account by cl44 for cause, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus restrictions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, except where cl44 is prohibited from doing so by applicable law or an active compliance investigation.
